NZ Holidays helped organise a study trip to the Extraordinary Chambers of the Courts of Cambodia (ECCI) in Phnom Penh for a delegation from the Kuala Lumpur Foundation to Criminalise War last February. Our Chairman was part of the group which included Dato' Dr Yaacob Merican, Dato' Dr Tunku Sofiah , Prof. Salleh Buang and Encik Nizam. We wish to thank the KL Foundation to Criminalse War for engaging us to settle the ground arrangements. As usual , our trusted local guide, Ustaz Musa Solleh of Siem Reap, proved to be very helpful and obliging. For the information of our loyal readers, the ECCC is a Court trying some Khmer Rouge leaders for war crimes in Kampuchea. The proceedings are still ongoing.
The photographs above show members of the delegation with one of the senior Prosecutors and with Mr Sambath Reach of the ECCC's Press Bureau.

As the Americans say it "You've done good". The trip was very good, the company was excellent, the food (esp roti canai)- no complaints, except for the final boat trip (tak ada makan); terlupa agaknya.
Look forward to a repeat trip in the near future.
